To be clear

the ACA as it exists is a total clusterfuck. If you think it’s going to lower the cost of healthcare in the US, you’re probably wrong. But it’s a starting point, and hopefully one we can work off of in the future to get to the point where, say, employment isn’t tied to health insurance.
